Air Dehumidification Filter

Description

When the tank or gearbox breathes, air containing water mist is absorbed, and temperature fluctuations cause water mist condensation, which can lead to lubricant emulsification and accelerated oxidation, resulting in system damage. The air dehumidification filter adopts a combined air and water separation filtration structure. First, it dries the air passing through the desiccant, and as moisture is continuously absorbed, the desiccant gradually changes from brown to orange, effectively eliminating water mist condensation. Then the air passes through a 3μm air filter element, removing solid contaminant particles from the air. As moisture is absorbed and solid particles are removed, the process effectively prevents lubricant emulsification and reduces oxidation, thereby extending the service life of both the lubricant and the machinery.

A visual indicator can be optionally installed to display the air filter’s condition.
