The hydraulic station meets the requirements of accumulator pressure maintenance, power-off braking, and rapid system response. In emergency situations, manual pumps can still be used to manually control the main shaft and yaw brake braking. The hydraulic yaw system uses a hydraulic motor to achieve yaw rotation.
Emergency manual mechanisms are provided for all brake system solenoid valves, facilitating debugging and emergency handling. The oil tank base is equipped with an oil collection tray and damping feet to prevent resonance and ensure system safety.
The hydraulic system adopts a compact pump-valve integrated design, occupying minimal space, with leak-proof design. High-performance zero-leakage valve assemblies and proprietary machining and installation processes ensure system reliability, providing stable pressure and flow, excellent low-temperature performance, and ensuring long-term smooth operation.
