Function & Characteristic:

The system utilizes the Fourall patented long-life helical gear pump, with dual oil pumps for redundancy, ensuring high reliability and low noise, and continuous oil supply to lubrication points. The dual-cylinder filter provides strong filtration capability and can adapt to lubricants with higher viscosity, positioned before the cooler to enhance filtration efficiency. With the dual-cylinder filter, it's possible to switch to the backup filter element without stopping, and filter elements can be removed for cleaning or replacement without interrupting operation. It employs either tubular or plate-type oil coolers for efficient cooling, low resistance, and easy maintenance. The return oil is filtered magnetically to remove iron particles from the pump, ensuring oil cleanliness. Equipped with a dashboard and control box for easy monitoring of operational parameters, it can also achieve automatic control and provide accident alarms.
