Description
Tube-fin cooler is the most widely used heat transfer equipment in gas and liquid heat exchangers. It can enhance heat transfer by adding fins to common base tubes. The base pipe mainly has steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, copper pipe and so on. Fin mainly steel belt, stainless steel belt, copper belt, aluminum belt and so on.
The tube fincooleris mainly composed of several parallel tube bundles between air flow directions. Due to the use of mechanical wear, heat dissipation fin and heat transfer tube contact surface is large and tight, good heat transfer performance, stable, air through the resistance is small, steam or hot water flows through the tube, heat through tight around the steel tube fin to pass through the air between the fins, to heating and cooling the air. The fin distance is mainly to consider dust accumulation, dust formation, easy cleaning and other factors, at the same time, it should strictly meet the requirements of equipment on pressure drop.
